Makers of handcrafted singing bowls, from our Nepal workshop to your sound practice.

Our Story
Mind Body Bowls is a family-owned business that manufactures therapy-grade singing bowls. Our workshop is in Bhaktapur, Nepal, where our artisans have been handcrafting bowls since 2005 using traditional tools and techniques.

We’re based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where we oversee design, quality, and shipping. Every bowl is made by craftspeople in our workshop whose skill and care shape every part of the process.
We make sound tools that are clear, balanced, and built for practice. They’re used by people who listen closely, in sound healing, meditation, and daily ritual.
Our Process
We make our bowls in small batches using traditional tools. Each one is shaped and hammered by hand, then tuned by ear for tone, clarity, and sustain. All production happens in our Bhaktapur workshop, led by artisans who have practiced this craft for decades. Many are part of families who have worked with us across generations. Their skill shapes every part of the process. We use a brass alloy selected for depth and resonance. Each bowl is checked for tone and consistency before it ships. Nothing is outsourced. What you receive is made with intention, start to finish.

Our Core Values
We lead with craft.
We produce in small batches to maintain quality and preserve traditional techniques. Every bowl is shaped and tuned by hand with care and precision.

We build through relationships.
We work with artisans who have practiced this craft for generations. Their knowledge guides our process, and their work defines our standard.

We design for use.
Our bowls are made to be used. Whether in personal ritual or professional practice, they’re built for tone, clarity, and real connection.
